Mango Sweet and Sour Rock Shrimp |

cup Florida mango, diced |
Preparation
Add shrimp to boiling water and cook for 2 minutes; drain well and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan; heat until bubbling. Stir in cooked shrimp and serve.
