Florida Seafood Recipe

Citrus Teriyaki Florida Mullet

Amount Ingredient
Ingredients  
4 6-ounce Florida mullet fillets
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon Florida orange juice
1 tablespoon Florida lemon juice
1 tablespoon dry sherry (optional)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon Florida honey
1 teaspoon ground ginger

Preparation
Preheat broiler. Place fillets in a single layer on a well-greased broiler safe dish. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl and pour sauce over fillets. Broil 4 inches from heat source for 10 to 15 minutes or until fillets flake easily with a fork. Baste once during broiling with sauce in pan.
