Spicy Honey Shrimp

Ingredients

| 1 1/2 | pounds Florida shrimp, peeled and deveined |
| 1 | cup pineapple, diced |
| 1/2 | cup water chestnuts, diced |
| 2 | tablespoons fresh Florida lime juice |
| 2 | tablespoons olive oil |
| 2 | tablespoons Florida honey |
| 1 | tablespoon garlic, minced |
| 2 | teaspoons soy sauce |
| 1 | teaspoon cayenne pepper |
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; toss well to coat. Chill for 2 hours. Drain and place on broiler pan. Broil for 3 to 4 minutes, turning as needed for even cooking, until shrimp are opaque and pineapple begins to brown.
