Shrimp Rosa Salad

Ingredients

Amt Ingredient
1 1/2 pounds cooked Florida shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 16-ounce can red beans, drained
1 cup chopped palm hearts
1/2 cup chopped Florida green bell peppers
1/2 cup chopped Florida yellow bell peppers
1/2 cup chopped Florida almonds
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
  Florida salad greens

Preparation

Combine all ingredients. Chill for at least 2 hours and serve with salad greens.
