Easy Baked Oysters |

cup butter, melted |

large Florida eggs |

cup Florida milk |
| 1/2 |
teaspoon salt |

teaspoon pepper |

pint fresh Florida Select oysters, drained |

cups fine, dry breadcrumbs |
| 3/4 |
cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded |

tablespoons Florida fresh parsley, chopped |

teaspoon paprika |

Preparation |

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Pour melted butter into an 11x7-inch baking dish. Combine egg, milk salt, and pepper in small bowl; beat with wire whisk until blended. Dip each oyster in egg mixture and roll in breadcrumbs. Place oyster in baking dish; turn to coat with butter. Cover oysters evenly with cheese, parsley, and paprika. Bake at 425 degrees F for 12 minutes until lightly browned.
